  My mom cancelled her policy with Allstate in March of last year after finding insurance cheaper with another company. Allstate continued taking over $300 from her account and when she caught it she was told that they had cancelled it. So you just continue taking premiums after people cancel? We faxed over the bank statements with the dates & amounts along with the proof that she has insurance for those months with another company. Guess who still has not received her money? Yep, my mom. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. Especially if you're a senior citizen. They will rip you off and laugh the entire time.

  As the commercial says you are in good hands.if you have a claim they are quick to respond and fast service.

  The premium from this agency continues to increase, even though quotes from other Allstate agencies came in almost $200 dollars cheaper a MONTH for the exact same coverage. An Allstate representative told me over the phone my policy should by no means be what this agency charged. My family had used this agency for almost thirty years, but all questions about the high rate were ignored. Seems to be predatory practices 0 stars was not an available option.

  I have been struggling with Allstate in settling a simple claim for over four months when I finally called the local office to see if they could help me since the claims department in Nashville was being extremely difficult.I was hung up on by whomever I was talking to!!! I had been a customer of Rikki's for over 30 years!! Well, not anymore!!! They have terrible customer service and even worse prices! I found out they were charging me over 2000 dollars a year more for less coverage than a competitor.!!! People...shop around!!!

  WE have been with Rikki and Allstate for over 45 years. She has always been fair and honest with us. She has always been there when we needed her help or advice. What more can I say except ---VERY PLEASED WITH 45 YEARS OF CONTINUED SERVICE. Thanks Rikki and your office team.
