The people I worked with in the beginning were great and are clearly not there anymore. I often have to speak with Rikki now who is terribly condescending and will make suggestions that show she clearly has not looked at the history of your account and often times make you feel like she is not listening to you. She thinks it cute that her dog barks in the background while you are trying to speak. I have multiple dogs so this not a complaint I make lightly. I honestly wished I had gotten the names of the agents that were under her before they moved on and tried to see what companies they went to. Always looking for other quotes.
