- DDDJan 2, 20261.0The person who signed me up was kind. After that they charged me an extra "fee" every six months as a thank you for my loyalty. When I cancelled, they charged me a $50 cancellation fee. When I needed them, they left me hanging for days to tell me they werent going to help me. I didnt expect them to, until they told me they were going to. So they lied, they were rude, and worst of all, they wasted days if my time.

Your rate won’t stay the same, they’ll say it’s removed, and it isn’t. They tried charging me $430 for only 27 days of coverage after saying my cancellation fee was only $50. Sketchy and untrustworthy
