  Lacey Harper is AMAZING! I have been shopping with different insurance companies all week and Lacey was able to get me the best price out of 4 different companies! She was so easy to work with and made the process simple. She answered all my questions and allowed me time to think about what was best for me and my family. I really appreciate her for taking care of me and I will be sending everyone I know her way!

  "Kevin Cross at the Vann Drive Jackson Tn location was very informative and explained the whole policy to me. I had several questions that I asked him regarding the roadside assistance, and other options. He was able to help me with answering everything. I also had some concerns with making sure I had the same coverage that I had with my other company I was using and he was very informative and explained all my options. I ended up getting a better policy with more coverage and it costing less with his help. I am very thankful that he was able to help me in so many different ways. I really believe he definitely helped get me the right insurance coverage I needed. I would recommend him and Direct auto to any one."
