  Cainan was very patient and helpful. Went beyond his duties as a CSR. He showed professional qualities and experience and I would rather speak to him vs an automated voicebot any time. I have since last post canceled my insurance with this company. My recommendation to anyone would be not to encourage any other customers to use their services. Mr. Cainan was very professional and an asset to that company but people like him deserve a greater and better position in any company that serves consumers. A person doesn't need a college degree to be or have characteristics to serve anyone. Just moral truck!!! And respect and consideration for people they are given the opportunity to help. Hopefully some other company employee or someone high in his company will give and train him further to be promoted. He deserves it. A great asset to any company in his line of work. They should promote this gentleman to Customer Services as a Liason and not someone just interacting with customers. But they should pay him to train Customer Service Representatives. Every company deserves second and sometimes 3rd chances, but sometimes it all comes down to it's employees. Listen, business is about money, just make certain that the people in your employ are not schemers, extortioners, or someone who runs your place of business as if they owned it themselves. I've seen that a lot in businesses. If you have a coworker whose customer service qualities need tweaking help them. If you overhear your coworker get out of line on a call, offer to take the call for them and speak to that person in private after the call is complete. Keep it between the two of you. It's your duty as a coworker to help one another. A lot of companies will go under because of competitiveness among employees w/in those entities. Keep this in mind viewers especially if you work in environments where phone calls are involved. Or just dealing with the public period. Just consider and know you are there to serve and ensure the customer has a great experience when dealing with you. * Regardless to how they present themselves. *

  All of the quotes I received before speaking with Mr. Copland with direct auto we’re simply unaffordable for me. He was very personable, helpful, and provided me the coverage I needed at a price that worked for me. I had a great experience and would recommend the service to any and all.
