  Melissa and her team at the Allstate office in Hendersonville have been very helpful in securing insurance for both my home and auto policies. The team is professional, proactive, communicative and work for what is best for your situation. Highly recommended from someone that has worked with insurance representatives my whole career as well.

  Great experience dealing with Melissa and her agent Joshua. By switching to Allstate, I was able to get better coverage, increased coverage amounts and additional umbrella coverage all for half the price that I was previously paying. They made it simple, easy and painless. I should have done this years ago. I had been paying too much, for a long time, for too little. Not anymore! I could not recommend them any more highly.

  Not knowing that calling the 800# for Allstate wouldn’t allow Melissa French to service my policy; at renewal I went to her team for coverage instead of renewing online. Melissa’s team provided excellent service!! And, they provided a better policy adding water/electric/sewage coverage I didn’t have with the online policy, added more additional dwellings coverage and added a jewelry rider. I was happy with the enhanced coverages that were overlooked by the online agent. BONUS…the policy was less premium too! They made a few changes to our auto policies as well to better protect my family. There’s no substitute for having a local agent assisting with your coverage needs. Thank you Melissa French and team for having my family’s best interest at heart.

  Allstate is rated the worst for paying out claims. Please do your own research. Melissa is friendly enough, but that doesn’t cut it when you need an agent to act on its customers. We had storm damage from the March storm that toppled trees and took 3 lives in Hendersonville TN. Minor damage that we ended up paying 1k out of pocket. Allstate stated there was no damage after the inspection. It’s blatant damage. We will be finding a new agent. We’ve also filed a BBB report and will file a small claims case.
