Home and car insurance. The folks are very personable but primarily they are very knowledgeable. I had already paid my insurance elsewhere for The new year for me, but it was not yet due. Allstate is getting a full refund for me and their home and car insurance is slightly less than what I was paying. Again, very knowledgeable.
