I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. In my experience, they did not help handle my accident when the other party was at fault. I felt pushed toward the other person’s insurance and not supported—definitely not the level of care I expected.

I received a phone call from an insurance representative named Dan Smith with State Farm Insurance asking me if I'm interested in getting a Homeowners and Car Insurance and what is the best time to talk. So I told him to e-mail me a quote for both and I will look it over. After a few weeks, I called him and query about the quotes. He patiently went over the policies. I called him again a few more times and get more personalized quotes best to my needs and he emailed me for updates to look over again. Finally, I was satisfied and happy with everything, it saved me more money and better coverage Umbrella Policy.
I'm very pleased with Dan how he assisted me and handled it w no pressure which helps me to decide with ease.
He takes time, very professional and I felt that he provided with a Good Customer Service.
