  They give you a runaround with your refunds.

  Takes almost a full month for a refund in check form when its being taken from a back account. I highly recommend not having direct as your insurance company. I have called 5 times because their stories are not matching with how long a refund takes, and also each time they are telling me “the check is being sent out today” yet over 3 weeks later still nothing.
