- SRSarah RummelDec 19, 20251.0I have had insurance through this agency for years and never had any issues (or any major claims). In late 2024 we had 3 trees fall in our yard during storms. I tried to contact the office multiple times during the claims process and could only reach an office employee who stated that no one was available to assist at that time and someone would call me. They never did and I let it slide. Now I have an auto repair claim and no one is answering the phone during what I consider normal business hours (8-5). The outgoing message that the office is closed does not provide their hours and only offers a transfer to the 1-800 # instead. It would be great to know when I could call back and speak to someone. If you're looking for an agent who will be there as a human to support you, I would not recommend this one. I will be shopping for new insurance.

- ELErskine LytleNov 20, 20255.0I called Mr. Hale's office for assistance with the purchase of a car. MS Sharee Smith answered my questions and was able to assist. We determined that some of the information I needed was missing but she told me she would be in the office until 5. I called the dealership and got someone in sales customer service to put in the correct information and email it to me. I called Ms Smith back and she proceeded to input the correct information. She also emailed the corrected information to my credit union as well as to me. She was very calm, professional and most of all patient. She walked me through all she was doing and why, and assured me that everything I needed from that office would be in the funder's office first thing in the morning.
