  A few years ago we had been treated very poorly by State Farm who we were with for over 15 years (and was my first experience with insurance even as a teen) and they would not cover our new home after we had 2-3 valid claims and one of them was for the amount of zero (Meaning we did not even go through with the claim And decided to pay for it on our own). It put us under a great deal of stress as we were about to close on our new house but we did not have an insurance policy. Luckily we found Mike Duel and his group and they have been very accommodating to us over the past few years always available when we have questions and just a phone call or a text away. If you want a reliable and dependable insurance agent that I highly recommend Mike Duel. We are also by the way saving money by going with Allstate. I do have confidence that they are a good company and a peace of mind That they are going to be there if things go bad. So far they are helping me put my trust in insurance again.
