  The direct insurance office in Gallatin is where I have insurance and I have been with them for awhile and we always pay on time but for some reason they said that we missed a payment but we never received a letter or anything from them stating that a payment was coming up. We had to renew our same policy again and ended up getting charged way more. The payments are never the same they keep fluctuating and the workers never understand what they are charging you more for when you ask. This is nothing but pure robbery. We are getting charged for our teen son who lives with me and he is not even a driver, I think that’s bull crap!!!

  Call Greg service super nice guy that help me I can't think of his name right now but he was probably a mid 20 year old black guy and he was truly the best agent that I've ever worked with I wish I could remember your name right now I'm sorry he drove the blue Dodge Challenger I think he was the best
