They took the time to explain my coverage options clearly and helped me find a policy that fit my needs without trying to oversell anything. Communication was quick and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable insurance and great customer service.
- SBsusan barrJan 28, 20261.0Worst customer care- We pay early and in full and were penalized for doing so with an added $85 fee because we didnt pay through their ez pay system (no warning you would be charged a fee to pay in full early through your checking account) After calling for weeks and getting alot of lip service and promises to look into this - we were told no they won't remove the fee. also told through their billing office that they pawned me off on that they won't remove and cancel if I must. Well to add to the terrible experience, I came to find out I was terribly underinsured on both My AUTO and HOME policies. We went with a highly recommended agency from middle TN - who not only got us right sized with the correct insurance protection but for literally a tiny increase in premium. Needless to say thank God we never experienced a loss while we were in Allstates "good hands"!
