  This office, along with the entire insurance industry, is a scam. States require insurance and these companies happily take your money, just to offer minimal help when the time comes to use their "services". I put in a claim after hitting a big hole in the highway and losing power steering in my vehicle, and this company REFUSED repairs, stating that the accident would not cause power steering issues. A simple Google search shows that it is entirely possible, they just did not want to make the repairs. This company paid no money on this claim, as I paid what was done to the vehicle in deductible, and STILL raised my rate afterwards. The idea that insurance is there to help customers is nothing but a scam. 👎

  There ok, but like all the others they keep raising there rates for no reason. They have ridiculous ways of getting what is supposed to be a discount, like if your kid has good grades, what does that have to do with insurance? And oh...put this illegal tracking app on your phone so we can see how you drive. And the call it Drivewise, but if you research it all there doing is illegally tracking you.insurance should be $50 a car period. Not $274 a Damm month.
