  I had this insurance on my truck since I bought it approximately 4 years now. I also have been paying for roadside assistance which I have never used until I had to just recently. My truck broke down and I called customer service to get a tow truck and it was a terrible experience. Ended up having the phone my own towing service to come get me, which cost me $250 to tow my truck back to my house and I was told to turn the bill in to my local agency for reimbursement. To which I was notified that they will only pay $50 out of my $250 bill. They said that's the maximum that they pay. Keep in mind that I have been paying for roadside assistance for over 4 years never used it once until just recently and then told that I was going to have to eat $200. No towing company in the world will even start the truck for $50 let alone hook it up and tow it back to my house which was I believe 22 miles terrible experience, would not recommend one bit.
