  Our previous insurance company increased rates and our previous agent we had for years just wasn’t as communicative or efficient at finding better rates without compromising coverage, but talked it up like it was a great deal blah blah. I decided to shop around and reached out to Wisdom Insurance Agency. I had the privilege of working with Mackenzie who not only had better rates with better coverage, a better deductible, could offer a policy with good perks, but she also pointed out some things with our previous coverage that really could have hurt us if we had a claim around a specific incident. I felt like this was serious and my previous agent should have caught. Mackenzie was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made the switch very easy.   I can’t say enough great things about Mackenzie Parker. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and a half and never once made me feel rushed.   Joshua Rosen explained to me precisely why I would benefit by increasing my auto coverage to 250/500, so that I would qualify to purchase a personal umbrella policy to protect my equity and assets, if I were to cause an at-fault accident. Nobody has ever taken the time to explain insurance to me on a level like Joshua did, which is why I gave him my business at the Allstate Wisdom Agency. Thanks again

  Benjamin is one of the best agents around. He takes the time to make sure you get the coverage you really need for your home and cars, and he’s also great at helping with townhouse coverage if that’s what you’re looking for. He’s easy to work with and makes the process simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!
