  Andrew called me on a much lower rate than what I was being given by progressive. Even got 2 more additions to my plan! Still at a lower price. He worked with me every step of the way and was incredibly helpful. Was very happy about it

  Extraordinary Office. Ive been a SF Policyholder for almost 40 years, and this is about the best staffed and run Office Ive dealt with. Its staffed by 'younger' folks but they are very polite, courteous and know what theyre doing, and thats RARE in the ultra incompetent and corrupt business environment here in the Knoxville - Oak Ridge area.

  First things first. I've had State Farm Insurance since I got my first car. When I moved to Wyoming, I immediately got a new State Farm agent. I was there for 6 1/2 years and moved back home to east Tennessee and got a new State Farm agent. He sadly passed away. State Farm passed out his clients to surrounding agents. I ended up with an agent quite a ways away from my town. There seemed to be disconnect for the first time in my relationship with State Farm. Details fell through the cracks. Policy's were not corrected after countless contact with my agent. I needed better service. Better attention to my needs. I reached out to Johnathan A. at Mansour Hasan's office. He was a local and someone I trusted. I wanted State Farm and someone close to home. I told him my concerns and my history with SF and I changed agent immediately. Within the first week of transfer he fixed every concern and policy errors I had raised to other agents. Not long after joining this new office my wife was involved in a car accident. Johnathan A. walked alongside me through every step. The office was available with any question that I had. He explained things as we went along and offered help throughout the process. He was a breath of fresh air. His client respect is what drew me to State Farm to begin with. And I am glad that I have that trusted feeling again from my agent. I would recommend anybody to Mansour Hasan's office and his crew. Johnathan thanks for looking out for me and my family.
