No e-mail, no phone call, no mailing letter. I had an emergency drive to Michigan because my grandmother passed away. No coverage, no recovery and no help from them. Talk about a two-faced company... -------------------------------------- I haven't had to shop for automotive insurance in years & these guys made it easy. I knew it was wise to call ahead to get the application started, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Beat that Geico! It did seem they ran the automotive insurance estimate online with Progressive, The General, Allstate & more, but they were so much faster than if I got these estimates myself. (Because of my record) I chose The General, also known as Permanent General Companies because they offered $84/month for one year for my 2008 Chevrolet Colbalt.
