  Krysta Shane provided outstanding service while assisting me with resetting my account and restoring access to my mobile device. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did she help me get back up and running quickly, but she also took the time to thoroughly review my policy, clearly explaining everything and pointing out details I may have overlooked. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful input showed that she genuinely cares about helping customers make the best choices to protect their property. She was also incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Krysta is a great representative of Allstate, and I truly appreciate her help.

  I had a great experience working with Krysta! She made the whole process of setting up a new policy super easy and stress-free. I had a lot of questions (probably more than the average person 😅), and she took the time to answer every single one without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense, helped me find the best coverage for my needs, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions.   I was gifted a car a few days ago & called Allstate to add it to my policy. Krysta Shayne answered & assisted me with everything I needed & then some. She absolutely went above & beyond to help me & even saved us money on a new policy. We've had Allstate for twenty years. It’s been great but the service Krysta gave us was the absolute best so far!   krysta was very respectful of our time . You can tell she knows her stuff . Gave complements to the others that we've already had the pleasure to obtain guidance with in the past. She ,,as well as all staff ,,were very informative , sincere and careful to communicate. Choices we have in connection to both home or auto, really helps to make good coverage decisions .
