They randomly dropped my insurance (not related to driving record or payment) and never notified me. The auto loan company then took up the insurance for my entire deployment, leaving me in massive arrears. When I called the representative he was entirely dismissive to the whole occurrence, and then tried to put me back on a State Farm plan. No thanks State Farm.
