  I received a mailer for home owners insurance and decided to call for an accurate quote. Joshua Terrell assisted me and was very thorough and concerned with my coverage needs. He quoted both home owners and auto and was so helpful that I chose to leave the agent that I had used for many years.

  I called to get motorcycle insurance. Krista Shane was fast to get it started and very knowledgeable about the service. I asked a lot of questions and she was able to answer them effortlessly. Krista was nice to speak to and a good listener. She worked hard to get me the best rate. Thank you Mrs Krista Shane

She was patient, efficient, focused and consummately profession. no word was wasted, and her tone throughout the conversation was warm and faciliatory.
