  I just recently got different insurance company and even though I was canceling my insurance with Katherine for both house and car she still did the best to make sure I got most of my money back I want to thank her very much she has an actual team and it's always been very good at answering all my questions and taking care of any business needs

She will also help navigate your calims and follows up to make sure you were taken carre of. Everyone at the office are great to work with.   I had Allstate. Pretty much 0⁰they were good however November and December for whatever ready instead of taking out the entire amount out they took a out ins amount ,then days later took out additional funds causing an overdraft to my account, I emailed them about this asking why additional funds came out. Was told it was for roadside assistance . Never has it been taken out separately before. Now because I get disability and social security I get a check once a month an overdraft fee comes out from the day that the funds were withdrawn and $5 a day everyday until the account has a positive balance costing me 90.00 in overdraft fees. The response that I got from Allstate was we're sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sorry for the inconvenience also but that's $180 out of my pocket from the already low amount of social security and disability did they give to the people that have busted their backs putting into the system so I canceled my AllState and I went with State farm can I get an email saying that I have a refund did it has been direct deposited into my account for .89 cents really. Other than that Allstate is great

  I've been with Allstate for almost 8 years for homeowners and vehicle coverage. Luckily I've never had to make a claim for either, but any time I've reached out with a need, Kaki has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so warm and professional and knowledgeable every time we speak. Highly recommend this agency.
