For starters, when I filed a claim, Mr. Hodges treated me horribly because I wanted my girlfriend, who is in the insurance business, to be able to speak on phone calls about my claim (with me in the room). Next, I was sworn to by Mr. Hodges that Allstate would pay to remove the damaged tree, which was about to fall on my house from a lightning strike. Only for him to then lie to our adjuster, telling him that he was told by me that the tree had already fell on the house. These phone calls were recorded by my girlfriend and I, and Allstate still didn’t do anything about Mr. Hodges misquote. Terrible customer service practices. Will not be doing business with them again.
