  Jessica was very helpful. As someone who’s new to insurance, and just started financing a brand new car I came into this whole process with a lot of stress. I went to a different insurance company and they were charging me $500 for a single month because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone else since it was a Saturday. Well Jessica had been working with me for MONTHS so when Monday came around I got into contact with her and she’s taken all the stress off my back and made this whole process much easier. Now I pay a MUCH better price for full coverage insurance on this car and I can’t thank her enough for making my life easier. I couldn’t recommend anyone else but her, she’s awesome and is willing to work with you no matter the situation. Thank you Jessica!

I am close to 70 years old and I call often with questions and they listen closely every time I call.

Because of her checking in on me and persistence, they were the first call I made when I began shopping for new insurance. Jessica quoted me a price SIGNIFICANTLY lower than I had been quoted with even better coverages than I had in the past. She was kind, informative, and helpful from start to finish. 10/10 recommend anyone that is shopping for insurance quotes, give Jessica and the team at Scotty Dunham State Farm a call and they will most definitely take care of you!
