  Direct auto insurance is an absolute joke. We have been with them for a year and a half with them charging us almost 500$ a month for one full coverage vehicle, and the other vehicle being liability. Every time that I have either went in person and spoke to the agents or over the phone, they tell me that I had 13 points on my licenses with the DMV saying I have no points at all, which is correct because I have a perfect driving record. Mind you these points that they had on my record all 13 of them were improper equipment or speedometer does not work points like that and I’ve never been pulled over or anything. I also lived in North Carolina before moving to Tennessee and you have to have an inspection done on your car before even getting a tag so these were just lies. With that being said every time I tried to reach out to get help to find out what is going on, how they are seeing these points, or how can I go about getting these points off of my record for my insurance to go down I’m paying a ridiculously amount of money for insurance when I’m not needing to because I have a perfect driving record. Nobody would help me Or even care to help instead I Got looked at and said “ I don’t know” Or “ I don’t know what to tell you”… Every question I asked On how to fix it was pushed to the side or they didn’t know the answer to my question they never reached out to their other resources that they have to help. I canceled my policy with direct auto insurance today because I found an insurance company that sat down and helped me and listen to me. They seen nothing on my record and seen my perfect driving record, I now have two fully coverage vehicles For 200$ And that is with being under 25. I asked them if they seen the 13 points that direct auto was seeing and they said no that they have no idea what they were charging me for and what they were seeing. Direct auto insurance is a scam and they will steal your money. Do not go with this insurance. They could care less about their customers find an insurance that will put your customers first like I did and find agents that are there to help you not get money from you.

  I would personally like to thank Miss Joyce my agent she does a awesome job and really have helped me he is very concerned and truly make you want to have insurance with your company it's amazing because she literally reaches out to me and checks on me to make sure everything gets great I think she is one of the best agents in the world and deserve a great raise or bonus and your company is blessed to have someone like her working for y'all have a great day
