  I had an amazing experience working with DJ Coomer at State Farm. He was incredibly easy to talk to and I didn’t have to go through any automated systems or robots just to get help, which made a huge difference. He took the time to actually listen and understand my situation, especially with me disputing errors on my driving record, and didn’t treat me like just another number. On top of that, he found me the cheapest quote I received out of everyone I contacted all day. That alone says a lot about his effort and honesty. I had State Farm years ago and left, but after this experience, I can confidently say I won’t be leaving again. If you want someone who actually cares and works to get you the best deal, DJ is your guy.

  Chris and Josseline are the absolute best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with in the insurance industry. They were truly looking out for me and the goingons of my life. They both made sure that the renters policy I needed was in compliance and sent off to be approved by my complex, even when I was having issues submitting it. Not only that, but they also both ended up helping me save over $100 by helping me bundle and switch my auto policy from my current provider. They are so great and have taken so much stress off of me and I’ll never be able to thank them enough. Please if you aren’t sure of your insurance or what to do or you’re looking for a change, give them a call. They care about the people just as much as the business, if not more, and it shows. I’ll be staying with yall for a long time. And a shout out to my friend Laura for suggesting them. I’ll be following her lead and suggesting them to everyone I know! Thank yall! Update: had a mini crisis today and called Gina with my problem and she helped me get it handled quickly and stress free. All of yall are truly amazing. Thank you.
