  It's posted they are open until noon but that isn't true, it's before 11:30 and that just screwed me so I'm going to get a new insurance provider. Tom Iverson did not like the above post so he called me, surely I hung up after realizing who had called because I no longer needed to speak to him. Well he didn't stop there, he proceeded to email me. And before I go any further I was a Farm Bureau member and had an agent from a different state so Tom was able to get my information from my name. Okay so to continue, Tom emailed me and my first reaction was Tom has now crossed over to harassment. Tom clearly thought my post was a mistake and was asking for me to change it and then even said if I am not happy with Farm Bureau then just remove the post. I want everyone to know that Tom is a very sensitive guy so if you rate him please give him five stars so you don't hurt his feelings and possibly get an unwanted call and or email from him. Tom, please stick to your schedule and I am sure you will be just fine.

  Tom was extremely helpful and was able to get me better coverage for less money. Would definitely recommend him for any insurance needs you have!
