There staff is the best staff to work with, they are accommodating, they direct you to get the very best coverage at the very best rate possible. They are friendly and if ur with them long enough you can call them dam near family lol, I do 😀. They always ask how ur doing before buisness talk. They are extremely patient as well, I was there just the other day to add a policy, and I was there for 2 hours, however with Val Welu it seemed like 5 minutes thats how awesome her and state farm are. When I got home I had emailed Paul wondering if they had an app I could download to make things a little more convenient, it was id say 4ish and he responded immediately. I downloaded the app and I couldn't believe how easy and dummy proof it was to use. By far the easiest app to set up. Literally took 5 minutes. I recommend Paul Kruse for all ur insurance needs u can't beat the customer service you get on and off the clock!
