  I hate to say that my experience with the Derek Henderson Allstate team over the last two and a half to three months has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, including several voicemails requesting a callback, I have yet to receive any response. On the rare occasions when I did manage to get someone on the line, I had to call from both my office and work cell numbers. It feels as though my calls are intentionally being ignored, especially when my number appears on their caller ID. This level of customer service is extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend exploring other insurance options, even if it means paying a higher premium elsewhere. Good customer service, kindness, and respect are invaluable, and unfortunately, this team seems to lack those essential qualities. The folks in my office, my sister, and others have been around while I called and left voicemails, and sent emails trying to get someone’s attention, but it was a pointless effort. I personally believe that if they take a disliking to you for any reason, you won’t receive the same attention or respect as others. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
