My family is originally from WV and has always vacationed in the Surfside/Myrtle Beach, SC area. We love the community and the people and the beach. It is now a place we call home. I left the healthcare industry to join Allstate to be able to assist those to better prepare for and to insure their future while providing a personal touch and building lasting relationships.

My policy got cancelled and the agency not only wouldn’t give me a courtesy call about it, but actually said they aren’t obligated to do so. It’s obvious they don’t care about their customers, as they were adamant they didn’t need to call me. I’d rather deal with an agency that is willing to pick up a phone call to help a customer.
