  I am very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that was afforded to me by my agent Ally. She took care of my property coverage and my auto coverage transfer from New York and I could have not been happier with the wonderful service that I received. I highly recommend this office.

  I would like to thank Ally and Justice for a wonderful job. Every time I come in, they're so kind and polite and I love being able to cut up with them and have a good time. They always take care of me so I always truly feel like I am in good hands. Plus, I've been dealing with Ally for a long time and she's the sweetest and best at what she does. That's my girl!!!!!

  I have been working with Ally for years now, even after moving away from Summerville. I could not ask for a more responsive and caring person, even when I am the one who messes things up for them. You can't go wrong working with her and the rest of the team.

  From the Con Chellis Agency, I received a mail flyer with a lower price than my current rate. I called. Ally not only met all my existing requirements on home insurance but also added some riders with a significant savings from my other carrier! Ally was efficient; answered all my questions; made suggestions and, ultimately, ended up saving me money for more insurance! That's is wonderful!

  My wife and I had a significant increase in our home insurance and were looking for a reputable company with a reasonable rate. I called Allstate and happened to get Ally to assist us with a new quote. Well a long story short,she was super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She went over all our options and explained everything in great detail. I never had an insurance agent make me so comfortable, in making a decision about which options/coverages to choose for homeowners insurance. She is incredible. O by the way,she saved us a bunch of money also. I then asked about car insurance,and it was the same knowledgeable, friendly, patient explanation of coverages,so we switched our cars over to Allstate as well. And yes we saved a bunch of money on the cars also. It was a completely pleasant experience working with Ally . So Ally, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we greatly appreciate everything !!
