I had a terrible experience with the staff at the Jack Mabry Allstate office. I initially called them in August 2025 to ask about canceling my insurance. I was told they couldn’t prorate, so I decided to pay in full for September and cancel after that.
Then, on October 21, I received an email saying I still owed a full payment for October—even though I had clearly requested to cancel.
When I called the office, the woman answering Jack’s calls told me there are only three people in the office and they couldn’t keep up. Frankly, I found that unacceptable—especially since they seem to have no problem keeping up when it comes to taking payments.
The situation got worse when she became irate, started yelling, and told me I would have to wait until Jack returned from vacation. She refused to help further and hung up on me.
Out of frustration, I contacted the main Allstate office, and they were able to resolve the issue in 20 minutes. That shows me this problem was never about Allstate—it was about this specific office and their lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
If you value clear communication and respectful customer service, I highly recommend staying away from the Jack Mabry Allstate office.
