  They denied my roof claim when it was 12 yrs old, said the water damage was minor and my responsibility, I fixed it. The 2nd claim for Helene they tried to nickle and dime me until I escalated to corporate and only then did they pay for part of the roof repairs and fence. They initially said I had to replace the fence and gave me depreciated value but then after escalation they reclassfied it as a fence repair and increased the coverage amount. When all the repairs were done, including the ones I paid for, they sent me a letter saying my roof was too old at 15 yrs old. The same roof they declined 2 claims on. I replaced my roof immediately and dropped them, only for them to nickle and dime over the cancelation because proof of new insurance wasn't enough for them so now I'm working with the insurance director of SC to get my money back since their escalation dept hasn't called me back once. I will never recommend Allstate as they will do everything possible to keep your money and not protect you when it matters, when you're counting on insurance to have your back. They're great at raising your premiums and fighting your coverage when you need it.

  I been with Allstate for as long as I been driving. Never would change to anyone else done got 3 family members to swap there's to Allstate and today the nicest lady named Becky I think sorry if I put wrong name.Called me back and helped me lower my payment great person great agency recommended to any family and friends.
