    8/15/25- I am appalled by Allstate's handling of my life insurance policy and their egregious premium increase. My annual premium skyrocketed from under $500 to an outrageous $12,260 without any clear justification or prior notice. When I contacted Allstate and spoke with Stacy Moore to address this issue, I was shocked to learn he could not locate my account. This response is not only unacceptable but raises serious concerns about Allstate’s record-keeping practices and their ability to fulfill contractual obligations.In distress, I asked Mr. Moore what he would have told my wife if she were calling to claim benefits after my passing. His vague response—that he would “look into it”—offers no reassurance and suggests a troubling lack of accountability. The apparent inaccessibility of my policy information could potentially constitute a breach of fiduciary duty or gross negligence, undermining my trust in Allstate’s ability to honor our agreement. This experience has led me to question whether Allstate is complying with applicable insurance regulations and consumer protection laws.I strongly advise others to scrutinize their insurance accounts and ensure their provider is reliable and transparent. Allstate’s failure to provide clear answers and maintain accessible records has convinced me they do not prioritize their policyholders’ interests. I will never consider Allstate for future coverage and am exploring legal recourse for their mishandling of my policy. Seek insurers who uphold their contractual and legal obligations—Allstate clearly does not.

    I'm new to Allstate and just had a hail damage claim for my truck. Because of conflicting schedules the adjuster came to my job, inspected my vehicle and printed a check to get the work done. I'm so grateful to be insured by this company.
