  If having your Insurance handled by incompetent agents and lazy agency owners, who don't care about their customers sounds good to you. Then this is the agency for you! I called in September to cancel my home policy effective the renewal (11/10). Only to get a notice several weeks later from my mortgage company saying I don't have home coverage. The agent that handled my call decided to cancel my policy as of that phone call. Of course this was the agency's error so it was reinstated but, not before they decided to send me a refund. When the policy got reinstated I was told to either A. Cash the check and pay us back. Or B don't cash it and void the check. To limit the amount of interactions I would have with these "insurance professionals" I decided to not cash the check even wrote void on it and figured everything would be great and everything past this should have been smooth sailing ... it wasn't lol. It was about as easy as pulling teeth to get a EOI (for my non insurance folks that's an evidence of insurance) so I could show my lender that my home is and has been covered. Not only did I have to request this several times they initially sent a screenshot of their system and called that proof. Naturally my lender didn't accept that NOR WOULD ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. Keep in mind this was back in September. Now we are in mid November and my lender is still needing proof I reach out again via email and no response after 3 days.. so I reach out again.. and sending 2 emails must be the key to getting something done because I finally received my EOI. NOW as to why I'm writing this today because after everything I was going to let it be. My policy's are canceled I got the proof of insurance and I shouldn't ever have to deal with the incompetence of these folks again. Naturally, I was wrong. I received a letter from a collections agency today saying that refund that was sent which mind you I did not cash is in collections. Do yourself a favor and find an insurance broker to shop your coverage not only will they save you a money, but you'll have much better service.

  You would think as much insurance as people pay, you could mail out your insurance cards. I ask for cards to be mailed on the app, but they never show up
