  I have full coverage had a minor accident and is fully covered. They have helped me with nothing. My car is still sitting in my yard and I have not heard from direct in over a week and I can only talk to answering services to no avail. My advice go to a REAL INSURANCE COMPANY. At least with All State I would have a rental car until my car is fixed with direct you get nothing. Instead of Direct auto it's Neglect Auto.
