Insurance can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming, but she took the time to walk me through everything step by step and made sure I understood my options. What really stood out to me was how consistent and supportive she was throughout the process. Even when I had doubts or questions, Amanda remained calm, reassuring, and willing to help me figure things out. She never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer — she made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. Her communication was clear, she followed up when she said she would, and she made the entire process much smoother than I expected. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely caring about helping people, but Amanda and her Team definitely showed both. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time to explain things, be patient, and truly help you find what works best for you, I highly recommend working with Amanda McGee at State Farm.
