  Stay Away, overcharge, refuse to refund, disrespectful staff. I had 4 vehicles insured with PJ State Farm. I traded a vehicle, however, they continued to charge me for the car I traded in, maybe misunderstood, refused to refund the money, though I haven’t had the vehicle in my possession. They close at 4:45, odd most every other SF are open to 5:00. So, don’t call after 4:30. The lady who answered the phone yelled and tried to blame me, why would I insure a car I don’t have? Maybe they were upset I insured my new car elsewhere. And now, all my cars elsewhere, even if it costs more.

  I just wanted to acknowledge Agent PJ Johnson and her insurance agency. They are so in tune with needs in and around the community. I, along with other area teachers was blessed to receive a generous donation from PJ’s agency toward our classroom wishlists. It was a tremendous help! The agency’s kindness and responsiveness won’t be forgotten!

  We recently changed banks and we're trying to get everything changed over for our payments and this agent chose to cancel my policy without ever making a phone call. She notified our apartment complex before ever notifying us saying the policy was about to be cancelled and proceeded even upon request via email to not call me and cancelled our policy and notified us 4 days after she cancelled the policy and all this during the floods here in Charleston. This agent has no concern for her clients or their well being and shouldn't be a representative of State Farm.
