  The only reason my 2 stars is because Tabitha is always very helpful to me. The rest of them not so much. I recently cancelled my insurance, both homeowners and car. The reason I cancelled these policies is because when I renewed my policies in May 2025 it stated if I paid the whole vehicle policy it would cost $2649 and I was charged 2881 even though that was the price if I made payments. Also right b4 the policy they deducted $550 out of my account with no explanation. Then was charged $149 a couple months after my renewal. They said it was all because I thought about reducing one vehicle to liability only. I changed my mind when I realized it was only a savings of around $200. I even called the corporate office to investigate and they said they couldn't figure it out. Now where allstate wanted $2000 for 6 months for 2 vehicles and the new insurance was $873. Nobody wants to explain these discrepancies. Now the 2011 explorer which we kept fully covered blew its engine so it was removed. The other 2 vehicles were fully covered and still cost $2000. I just wish someone could tell me what the reason is for the price difference (mind u with $750 deductible now where it was $1000 with allstate.

  I was having issues with roof repairs and Brandy Kelley went above and beyond to help me. I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years. The service I received with this issue is why I continue to use them.

  Hap, and all of the others in this office are amazing! Brandy and Hap have helped us with our numerous policies over the years. Brandy is extremely prompt and knowledgeable in answering my questions or if I have a policy change. I would highly recommend Hap and Brandy to help you with any of your insurance needs.
