- VMVictor MorrisAug 12, 20211.0Well we had to swap over to Direct insurance because i was told since i was transferring from MS to SC i did not have to pay down payment and then when it came around to pay following month it was a double bill and was not told that it would be and being on ********** i could not afford to pay that much so then we had to get Direct july 11 2021 and was highly upset because we had been with allstate for a while and was happy with allstate so no i will not recommend
