  Beware of this agent! My wife and I had been loyal Allstate customers for 32 years and we have used this office the entire time. We have had 2 houses, up to 5 cars, and a boat insured. We assumed that our insurance coverage was good based on our policies and the premiums we paid. Over the years we only had a few claims and in general things were settled fairly. Mr. Lynn took over this office in 2021. He never reached out to us to introduce himself or suggest reviewing our coverage. We added our dock to our homeowner’s policy in 2022. We assumed that we would have the same coverage on our dock as on our house. There was no mention of a wind and hail endorsement on our policy regarding the dock. When Helene struck, a tree fell on our house and caused some roof and gutter damage which was covered by our policy. A tree fell on our dock and caused significant damage to the walkway. We were informed that the dock was not covered for wind and hail damage. The total cost of repairs was around $21,750. Allstate reimbursed us for only $3100 leaving us with $16,150 to pay in addition to our $2500 deductible. My wife and I wonder what service we received from Mr. Lynn for all the premiums we paid over the years. Part of his job is to educate his clients and make sure that they understand the coverage that they are paying for. Certainly if we would have known that the dock was not covered the same as the house we would have added coverage or changed insurance companies. In our opinion, this was a case of malpractice.   Jeremy Lynn and his staff have been able to fulfill my needs with a phone call. The claims process or even a simple question is handled quickly and professionally. Always courteous and a pleasure to talk with.
