I was involved in a collision that ended with my vehicle being totaled. I called the office immediately from the wreck and Chris answered. First thing he asked was if I was okay! And then he gave me every step I needed to take once the officer arrived on the scene. He understood that I was shaken and also sent all that info via text so that I would have anything I missed of forgot. Once the officer arrived I could not find my insurance card and called Chris back and he immediately sent the information. Chris was a kind and calm voice in the storm of chaos surrounding the accident. He truly made a terrible situation much easier to navigate in the chaotic immediate moments after an accident. Thank you to Chris for helping me! State Farm as a whole from the agent to the adjuster who helped me through this accident are amazing! State Farm was truly a "Good Neighbor" for me!
