- JOJazmine OsbiaJan 8, 20161.0I've been a customer with Allstate for a while throughout the years, But this by far is the poorest representation of Allstate I have unfortunately had to deal with. Initially the staff gave me no issues.I noticed after i was in an accident that was taken care of by the agency, there seemed to be a little tension. I called in to have the date of payment changed( within the appropriate time frame), and their staff forgot to change it over two months in a row, causing me to be late and receive a fee. When i called in to ask why was i responsible for their mistakes, I was told " I am not their only customer, and they've had to pay out for my accident within three months of being with them, and they really do not care if they have my business or not". That statement was made by the owner!! The way I was spoken to was so awful I began recording all future conversations. Just save yourself the headache and go with a more customer orientated All state Agency
