I had an absolutely terrible experience with Bill Hutto who runs his own local Allstate agency. I experienced the worst customer service that I ever could have imagined dealing with Bill, so I called up Jeremy Ford's agency and dealt with Abby. Abby took the time to understand my situation and immediately assisted with a resolution. She forwarded my insurance information to the South Carolina DMV and the matter was on it's way to resolution within a few minutes. I could not recommend Abby and the good people at Jeremy Ford Allstate insurance more. Thank you.
