  This is the best Customer Service that I have received in years, this young Lady have been paitence with me for several days,helping me to download a paper for the Court, I cannot thank her enough, she help me understand my Claim number, how too download the info, help me with claim adjuster, I have never ever wittness such paitence from a company, I can write a book of her kindness, I will tell anyone that I hear wanting insurance too come Ms. Heidi Welch at Direct Auto. This lady helped me for 4 different days as if it was my first day Thank you Ms.Heidi.

  This has to be by far the worse Insurance company. I was in a accident and filed a claim the adjuster came out to look at my vehicle and I never heard a word after that . When I called it went straight to voicemail everytime i been calling for weeks with no response or even a call back ,so I called a different department and they would not let me speak to a manager nor would they give me any management numbers . Terrible company . Would NOT recommend to anyone .
