  I am very pleased with this agent very helpful what it need be done. If you call their office which it is unavailable then they will return ur call right away. They take time to listen and explain clearly with right information. They want make sure we are satisfied their service what they provide to us.

  I have been with this agency for several years. Since Mrs. Bowman leaving, it has not been the same for me. I have had issues in the past which were fixed after apologies. Well now, there’s an agent in the office not sure of her name but she is rude and unprofessional. She called me and scheduled an appointment to go over my policy. When I arrived she was not in office. She was late, did not apologize for being late, and once we sat down to discuss my policy, she could not explain why my policy was increasing. Not only that; She seemed irritable with me asking questions. Since meeting with her, I am not satisfied with being a customer at this agency. I will be leaving as soon as they transfer my policy. Session is friendly and the greeter is too, but this new agent, she is not friendly, and her attitude is very unpleasant. I don’t see where my best interest and financial benefits is a concern from this agency. With that being said my time is up here. I do not recommend this agency unfortunately. However, I do think Session and the greeter are nice people.
