- KWKathryn Gregg WoffordAug 30, 20241.0In Feb 2023 I asked to cancel my commercial policy with his office or change to my new home address after closing my retail space. 10 most later I asked for an address update bc I hadn't received notices but they continued to bill autopay. The not only change address but after telling me multiple times in 10 months they can't insure my house for business they processed a policy change to my address and fixed mailing address. So I wasn't insured 10 mos but miraculously now I can be covered in Nov. Months before I called multiple times to get canceled thought ot was canceled. Nope Fast forward to August 2024. After many calls many emails and providing proof of end of lease this office still did nothing. Not once completing process with commercial side therefor I continued to be billed monthly til Aug 2024. Travis would never return my calls even when I told the girls I want to speak to only him Poor customer service. Poor handling of my business and no follow up. It took 18 mos and corporate to cancel policy on renewal date. Travis you failed!
