  They reeled us in with really low rates for the first 6 months only to almost double the rates the second 6 months and blame it on state wide increases I called B.S. because the company I left 6 months ago is now cheaper. I knew there was a reason I left them years ago. It was because of deceptive business practices like this. Back to progressive I go

  Called office for a bill received found out it was because I didn’t sign up or cancel paperless billing. After 2 years they decided to charge me 168.00 for not having paperless billing. When I said I never asked or denied they told me there was nothing they could to get that amount off bill until the next billing!!!! I will admit I was a little upset, but when I told the girl I was contacting Allstate directly, she hung up on me! Not cool from Franklin Sanders agency! I guess I’m not in good hands with Allstate after all. To charge that much to have paperless billing that I never changed or asked for and NOTHING can be done about it is just wrong in my book!!!

  I couldn't be happier with the help that I recieved when I started my policy back up down here in South Carolina. It was a confusing situation and my new agent didn't stop until she was able to figure it out and get me covered again. I have been with Allstate since I started driving as a teenager, first on my parents' policy and then my own. I had an accident a few years ago and they were absolutely wonderful then as well!! I love Allstate, they have always stuck by me.
