  I delt with Lee in regard to a homeowners policy. We had a policy for 2 years then decided to sell the house to purchase a property with more land. In May I called Lee to describe the property and obtain a quote, which Lee verbally provided. We sold our home so I called Lee a week before the closing of our new property. Lee then stated the property was too old and he couldn't insure it through Allstate. He stated he would contact other underwriters and call me back. I waited a week then called him. He had obtained 2 quotes that were thousands of dollars more than he had quoted in May. He didn't care that his incompetence impacted my decision to purchase this property. This has a major impact to our monthly expenses and he was not concerned. They have lost my homeowners and auto forever. My recommendation is to call other agencies and don't waste your time here.

  Fedora Cannon Insurance was excellent and helped me a lot when I moved to South Carolina. Lee who was helping me with my paperwork was great and how fast I was able to get an appointment and transfer everything over from my old policy to my new one. I really can't thank them enough for what they did.

  Before moving to SC, I had been with the same insurance carrier for over 2 decades. They were good and always responsive. Upon moving to SC, I found out they would not cover our modular home. That’s when we discovered Fedora Cannon and Allstate. The previous company has tried wooing us back, but they could not match Fedora Cannon and Allstate. I recommend them.

  Fedora has been my agent for over 10 years and I have never had an issue. I've filed a homeowner's claim as well as a few cars claims... oops... and they have been nothing but OVER THE TOP professional and helpful!!! They have taken care of my teenage drivers and know them by name. And this office TRULY knows their customers... my grandmother passed, my name wasn't even in the obituary, but yet they took the time to send me a sympathy card. It is rare in this day and age to find a company that takes the time to KNOW YOU and simply doesn't count you as a number or dollar amount. Thank you Fedora, Lindsay and Lee for taking care of me and my family!!!
