- CJChristina JohnsonJan 1, 20261.0Can't get my original agent on the phone and I get arrogant responses about jacking up my homeowners for 2 claims when I only have 1 claim within a year and I haven't even given the list of the items that were stolen in the theft yet! I've delt with a death months after the robbery and it almost killed me. I am about to collect my money and go elsewhere if someone doesn't start cooperating! Between car insurance and home insurance you have me jacked over $700 per year! After 26 years a loyal customer and very few claims the last 3 I have been screwed over and will be seeking other coverage somewhere else for both if someone doesn't fix this!
