I found Shannon Rikard’s number and gave her a shot. Not only are her prices incredibly reasonable, I was able to get a month to month payment policy. I eventually left Columbia and now live in Anderson SC, and I still have Shannon as my agent. I also use her for my renter’s insurance. I can not possibly recommend anyone better, for insurance needs. Always friendly, always helpful. I will stay with this office until I’m no longer able to drive. Sometimes fate steps in and points you towards where you need to go. And for my birthday I got a group photo with a cutout of Jake standing with them. I really love all the people who work in this fine establishment.
